Sorbet

Ratio: 16 oz liquid to 7 oz sugar

Sorbet
1 cup preserves
1 cup sugar
1 cup selzter
zest of one Lemon and lime
Juice of lemon and lime ( hold a tablespon back)
Pinch of salt

Stir over low heat to dissolve

Add rest of seltzer ( three cups) Add rest of virus if needed.

Refrigerate.
