Stuck Message Queue

1) Stop your clusters.

2) On the appserver on which you're having the problem with your messaging engine, go to the <washome>/profiles/<profilename>/tranlog/<cellname>/<nodename>/<server>/transaction directory
and remove the contents of the partnerlog and tranlog directories you'll find there. 

3) Restart your clusters.

Failing that, delete the contents of the queues on the database
