lighttpd can't bind to port: 443

Most instructions for enabling SSL in lighty will have you past in a block of text. However, with Ubuntu 13.04 (at least), do that will give you the error message:

2013-09-04 14:35:07: (network.c.379) can't bind to port:  443 Address already in use

Turns out that's not something already running on port 443, but a config error message from of having it in there twice; once when you put it in, and once where it's already configured by default

You can now just add the cert, then enable SSL (assuming you use the naming conventions)
